By downloading, installing, or using Parsnet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parsnet application and website at parsnet.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Parsnet ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

When participating in comments, you agree to our End User License Agreement (EULA) for community conduct. Parsnet maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential account termination: hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm, spam, misinformation, sexually explicit content, personal attacks, bullying, content promoting illegal activities, and impersonation.

All comments are subject to automated content filtering. Comments containing offensive language are automatically blocked. You may report objectionable content using the in-app report feature. By posting a comment, you confirm the content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

The Parsnet name, logo, app design, and AI-generated exclusive articles ("Parsnet Exclusives") are the intellectual property of Parsnet and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Aggregated third-party news articles remain the property of their respective publishers. Parsnet links to and summarizes external content in accordance with fair use principles. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Parsnet Exclusive articles are generated using artificial intelligence and are clearly labelled as "AI Generated" within the app. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. This content is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information on any topic. Always verify important information with primary sources.

The Service aggregates content from third-party news publishers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or opinions expressed in third-party articles. Links to external websites do not constitute an endorsement of those sites or their content.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account within the app. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
